'Un-Earthing Jewellery'

I am part of the exhibition hosted by Australian National Unitversity Gold & Silversmithing Workshop, 'Un-Earthing Jewellery'. The exhibtion is apart of DESIGN Canberra Festival 2014. It is an examination of jewellery as a signage of self. The exhibition explores the potential of mining for jewellery within the disposable and pre-existing refuse of human culture. Works will showcase the up-cycling of commonly disregarded and undervalued materials, including some of my link chains!
