TOMKINS + PEOPLES + WOOLFE Pop-up

As a part od DESIGN Canberra 2015 industrial designer Sam Tomkins, gold and silversmith Nellie Peoples, as well as the innovative cook and landscape designer Mathew Woolfe come together to creaft a collborative pop-up store.

It will be a cross-pollination between design and degustation. The pop-up shop goes beyond the collection and display of objects; it is an exploration by the collective around the belief that food and experience of sharing a meal creates a context for design. They have taken the object off the white plinth and reveal how to use and utilize their designs. Tomkins + Peoples + Woolfe explore the process of why people come together, how they prepare and especially how they enjoy food.
